    Whether you have completed all course requirements, achieved partial completion, or are withdrawing from your studies, please complete this form to request the issuance of your official Certificate of Completion or Statement of Attainment. You will be asked to provide your preferred delivery method and complete the ACBI Learner Survey.

The information may be made available to government departments, third parties and agencies in relation to the College’s obligations under law and Education Provider requirements. You have a right to access and correct your personal information in accordance with privacy legislation and ACBI’s Privacy Policy.
