ACBI is committed to ensuring students receive ethical, professional, and high‑quality support from approved education agents. In some circumstances, students may request to change their agent where they have experienced inadequate or inappropriate service.

Before submitting this form, students are encouraged to raise their concerns with their current agent allowing an opportunity for the matter to be resolved where appropriate. If the original agent agrees to allow the student to change their agency representation, the student may request a written release letter to upload to this form.

Once a student has accepted their Letter of Offer & Enrolment Acceptance Agreement, requests to change agents will only be considered where genuine and substantiated grounds exist and required documentation is provided.

All requests are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis. Requests that are incomplete, unsupported, or frivolous may not be approved.
