  • Introduction

    This form is to be used by international students requesting approval for an increased study load in order to complete their course earlier than the end date stated on their Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

    The ACBI Academic team will review your request and may ask for more documentation if required. Applications are usually processed within five working days.

    All requests will be assessed in accordance with the National Code 2018 and applicable RTO standards.

    Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to academic suitability, course structure, and the student’s demonstrated capacity to successfully manage an increased study load while maintaining satisfactory academic progress.

    Approval of early course completion may result in changes to enrolment details and CoE duration, which may impact visa conditions.

    Students are recommended to contact the Department of Home Affairs or a registered migration agent to seek independent advice on how early course completion may affect their student visa status.
